The Life of Sister Faustina
The Apostle of Divine Mercy
Documentary Film on St. Faustina
"RUN THROUGH THE WHOLE WORLD".
These are the words spoken to Sister Faustina by Our Lord when
He instructed her to tell the world of His Mercy.
For several years she recorded in her diaries every word the Lord spoke to her.
Excerpts are included in this moving video.
Here is the full story of Helen Kowalska (1905-1938) who, as Sister Faustina, became the Apostle
of Divine Mercy. It was filmed in Rome, Krakow, Warsaw, Czestochowa and her birth place, Swinice.
Father Seraphim Michalenko has worked for years on the Cause of Sister Faustina's Beatification.
We filmed him in Rome and in places of importance in Sister Faustina's life - including her birth place,
the convents where she lived and where she received messages
from Jesus, and finally, the place where she died.
The Cause for the Beatification of Sister Faustina was re-inroduced in 1978 by Karol Wojtyla -
then Archbishop of Cracow (Krakow - in Polish) - now Pope John Paul II who
spoked to UGO FESTA, whose miraculous cure is featured in this video.
One of many dramatic scenes in this video, shows Sister faustina
instructing the artist how to paint the now famous image of Divine Mercy.
An Inspirational biography. Featuring the Day of Divine Mercy in Krakow, Poland; and
the Miracles included in the Cause for the Beatification of Sister Faustina. Inspiration.
Trust. Devotion. These are the blessings Sister Faustina left to us all. Through the diary
Jesus instructed her to write, she became the Apostle of Divine Mercy. Our Lord told her to
"Run through the whole world..." and tell of His Divine Mercy. The Apostle of Divine Mercy
was directed by award-winning English filmmaker, J. Paddy Nolan.
(As seen on EWTN of Mother Angelica).

2nd Documentary Film:
Sister Faustina - The Promise of Mercy
Documentary Film on St. Faustina
The Chaplet for Divine Mercy Beautifully sung and spoken, plus a loving interpretation of
The Stations of the Cross. This moving and beautiful video leads us through the "Chaplet of Mercy",
a form of prayer specifically requested by Jesus in His appearance to Sister Faustina in the 1930's.
This was the promise of Divine Mercy given to Sister Faustina by Our Lord Jesus Christ:
"SOULS WHO HONOUR MY MERCY, AT THE HOUR OF DEATH I SHALL
NOT BE THEIR JUDGE, BUT THE MERCIFUL SAVIOUR."
This moving and beautiful video leads us through the "Chaplet of Mercy", a form of prayer
specifically requested by Jesus in His appearance to Sister Faustina in the 1930's.
How to pray the Chaplet of Mercy: Jesus instructed Sister Faustina thus: Start by reciting
the "Our Father", "Hail Mary", and "I believe".
Then on the large beads of the Rosary say
"Eternal Father, I offer you, etc." On the small beads say,
"For the sake of His sorrowful passion,
etc. 10 times". After five decades, end with this prayer: "Holy God, Holy Mighty one,
Holy Immortal one, have mercy on us and on the whole world."
Jesus also asked Sister Faustina that whenever possible,
the faithfull should make the Station of the Cross.
Now for the first time on video, you can pray this wonderful devotion, with pictures and
prayers for each station beautifully presented, to help you follow devoutly the Way of the Cross.
Sr. Faustina was Beatified by Pope John Paul II on Mercy Sunday, April 18, 1993.
Beautifully directed by award-winning British director, J. Paddy Nolan.
(As Seen on EWTN of Mother Angelica).

The Beatification of Sister Faustina -
Join the Celebration
Documentary Film on St. Faustina
"I SEND YOU TO ALL MANKIND WITH MY MERCY" Jesus' words to Sister Faustina.
Join Pope John Paul II on this glorious day for the spectacular and historic Beatification
of Sister Faustina. From St. Peter's in Rome, hear his Holiness declare
OCTOBER 5th to be the Blessed Faustina's Feast Day.
Come behind the scenes and see the exciting preparations for the Beatification
Ceremony: tractors working on the steps of St. Peter's, sound-systems being installed,
gilt chairs lined up for the bishops and distinguished guests; flower arrangers,
TV cameras, and the throngs of pilgrims surging towards the piazza.
Listen to the moving testimony of Ugo Festa's devotion to the Blessed Faustina -
and the POPE's encouragement to trust in Our Lord's Divine Mercy - which brought
about a miraculous healing for Ugo. He tells his story at St. Peter's,
where he had first met the POPE some time ago.
Among the many thousands of devotees to Sister Faustina who packed St. Peter's Square,
images of the Divine Mercy were held high by men, women and children, many having
traveled from Poland to see their own countrywoman Beatified by the first Polish Pope.
Beautifully directed by award-winning British director, J. Paddy Nolan.
(As Seen on EWTN of Mother Angelica).

So not really on the same topic as your post, but I found this today and I just can't resist sharing. Mrs. Agathe’s dishwasher quit working so she called a repairman. Since she had to go to work the next day, she told him, “I’ll leave the key under the mat. Fix the dishwasher, leave the bill on the counter, and I’ll mail you the check. Oh, and by the way…don’t worry about my Doberman. He won’t bother you. But, whatever you do, do NOT under ANY circumstances talk to my parrot!” When the repairman arrived at Mrs. Agathe’s apartment the next day, he discovered the biggest and meanest looking Doberman he had ever seen. But just as she had said, the dog simply laid there on the carpet, watching the repairman go about his business. However, the whole time the parrot drove him nuts with his incessant cursing, yelling and name-calling. Finally the repairman couldn’t contain himself any longer and yelled, “Shut up, you stupid ugly bird!” To which the parrot replied, “Get him, Spike!”

And I enjoy to read anyone else’s comments on that post likewise. Because I can find both useful and interesting ideas from the really good comments. I'd have posted “Amazing blog!
